Account and data deletion

Delete your Nanabi data

Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription. If you subscribed, cancel first in the app (Settings > Manage in Google Play) or in the Google Play Store app (Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Nanabi and go to Settings.
  2. Under Privacy and data, tap Delete my data.
  3. Confirm. Your data is removed from our active database straight away, and from backups within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: by email

Use this if you cannot use the button in the app, or would rather we do it for you.

  1. In Nanabi, go to Settings > Privacy and data and copy your Support code.
  2. Email privacy@nanabi.app with the subject "Delete my data" and paste your Support code.
  3. We delete your data and reply to confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Why we ask for the Support code. Nanabi accounts are anonymous: we do not have your name, email or phone number, so we cannot look you up any other way. The code is shown only inside your app, so it shows that the request comes from you. We will never ask for a password or card details.

If you no longer have the app. If you subscribed, include the Google Play order number from your purchase receipt email (it starts with "GPA."); we use it to find the account linked to that purchase. If you never subscribed and no longer have the app, we have no way to connect any stored data to you, but we can tell you what such data contains.

What is deleted

  • Your anonymous account.
  • Everything stored for your children: birth month and year, nicknames, chosen tracks.
  • Your progress (completed activities and lessons, and when) and your settings (reminder, language).
  • Your push notification token.
  • The link between your anonymous account and your subscription record at RevenueCat.

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase records
Transaction records that we, RevenueCat or Google must keep for tax and accounting are kept for the period the law requires. Your Google Play subscription stays with your Google account; if it is still active you can restore it on a new install, but your old progress will not come back.
Crash reports
Deleted automatically after 90 days. They contain technical information and are not linked to your Nanabi data.
Ad measurement
Kept by AppsFlyer for [APPSFLYER SAKLAMA SÜRESİ], linked to your device's advertising ID, not to your Nanabi data. You can delete or reset your advertising ID in Android settings.
Your emails to us
Kept for up to 3 years to show that we handled your request.

Verilerinizi silmek aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Abone olduysanız önce uygulamada (Ayarlar > Google Play'de yönet) veya Google Play Store uygulamasında (Profil > Ödemeler ve abonelikler > Abonelikler) iptal edin.

1. yol: uygulamadan (en hızlısı)

  1. Nanabi'yi açın ve Ayarlar'a gidin.
  2. Gizlilik ve veri altında Verilerimi sil'e dokunun.
  3. Onaylayın. Verileriniz etkin veritabanımızdan hemen, yedeklerden 30 gün içinde silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

2. yol: e-postayla

Uygulamadaki düğmeyi kullanamıyorsanız veya silme işlemini bizim yapmamızı tercih ediyorsanız bu yolu kullanın.

  1. Nanabi'de Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve veri altındaki Destek kodunu kopyalayın.
  2. privacy@nanabi.app adresine "Verilerimi sil" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve Destek kodunu yapıştırın.
  3. Verilerinizi siler ve en geç 30 gün içinde, genellikle çok daha önce, e-postayla onaylarız.

Destek kodunu neden istiyoruz? Nanabi hesapları anonimdir: adınızı, e-postanızı veya telefon numaranızı bilmediğimiz için sizi başka bir yolla bulamayız. Kod yalnızca sizin uygulamanızda görünür, bu yüzden talebin sizden geldiğini gösterir. Sizden asla şifre veya kart bilgisi istemeyiz.

Uygulama artık sizde değilse. Abone olduysanız satın alma makbuzu e-postanızdaki "GPA." ile başlayan Google Play sipariş numarasını ekleyin; bu satın almaya bağlı hesabı onunla buluruz. Neler silinir

  • Anonim hesabınız.

Neler saklanır ve ne kadar süre

Satın alma kayıtları
Bizim, RevenueCat'in veya Google'ın vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatı gereği tutması gereken işlem kayıtları kanuni süre boyunca saklanır. Google Play aboneliğiniz Google hesabınızda kalır; hâlâ etkinse yeni kurulumda geri yükleyebilirsiniz, ancak eski ilerlemeniz geri gelmez.
Çökme raporları
90 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Teknik bilgi içerir ve Nanabi verilerinize bağlı değildir.
Reklam ölçümü
AppsFlyer tarafından [APPSFLYER SAKLAMA SÜRESİ] süreyle saklanır; Nanabi verilerinize değil, cihazınızın reklam kimliğine bağlıdır. Reklam kimliğinizi Android ayarlarından silebilir veya sıfırlayabilirsiniz.
